Founder | Strength, Hybrid Performance & Long-Term DevelopmentKelsea has a lifelong background in training and spent 10 years as an educator before transitioning into coaching. She founded Eagle Athletic Club and Steadfast Strength to create a community where training builds not just physical strength, but resilience and growth in all areas of life.She specializes in hybrid training that develops both strength and endurance, helping clients perform at a high level while maintaining long-term health.

Coach | Strength, Endurance & Unlocking PotentialWith over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Valerie has worked as a trainer, instructor, and wellness director. She brings a deep understanding of how to meet people where they are while helping them grow.She loves helping clients build strength, improve endurance, and discover their true potential—both physically and mentally.
